After some longer time with no releases, here’s chapter 6 part 2. Part 3 will also be released within the next few days. Because of chapter 6 being so long I’ll part it into a total of 4 parts.
Everyone who also follow me on facebook and/or tumbrl probably already saw it but Atk-49 has some internet problems so the proofreading slowed down (Estoriel already contacted another proofreader to help out).
On that note: Estoriel is looking for one or two more proofreaders for Hidden GMs Destiny to speed up the releases until ATK-49 is fully back. And yes, if you read the text on the donation page, the donation money is shared with the proofreaders too~

Maybe a few readers already noticed it, but I secretly uploaded the mini guild wiki around a week ago as well, after more than 80% voted for adding it to the website. You can find it under the Hidden GMs main page or just click this link here. I also sneaked another poll on the wiki page (the one below)~

Keruna sure is popular, but we see how long that lasts~ After all more members will get introduced in the near future.
First of, I have some good news and “not so good news” (I won’t call them bad yet!), as well as a poll regarding a “mini”-wiki about the guilds of Hidden GMs Destiny, more information further down.
Estoriel translated a lot! (<–Good news for you and an overkill for proofreader-san. *cough*) Now to the “not so good” ones… I had another surgery, despite my huge hate for surgeries (it was necessary else I wouldn’t be able to walk so I was forced to *sigh*). So right now I’m recuperating (again…>-<“). So I won’t be uploading much for around a week, two at most. On the bright side, ATK-49 (the Cave Scanlation proofreader) has exams and is unavailable for now but he’ll return around the 25th Sep. (so next weekend) and intends to make up for the wait! So there could be more and faster updates coming (no promises here though cuz if something goes wrong I maybe have to get yet another surgery…*spits blood*) because Estoriel went berserk on translating. On that note there are still 17 pages to be released of the next chapter alone (and the chapter after it is also ready), so a lot to read~ (<–ATK-49 doesn’t know about his “luck” yet *cough*)
Now onto the poll!
Because the lich fight is drawing closer and closer and a few different guilds as well as their members will appear… Do you want a brief overview of the different guild names, their members, classes and levels in advance? (Won’t reveal everything though! Nor will it include all members who appear in the future.) I’ll leave the poll open until the next release and if the majority votes “yes”, I’ll upload the “mini-guildwiki” together with the next release.
Some informations about the comment system with the new wp update (if you like to comment on blogs and don’t know about it yet you should read the following text):
I really love reading everyones comments and just noticed today that wordpress removed the option to allow comments on pages (the ones you find in the menu and all chapters are posted on) with their recent update… So from this day onwards (except they change it in a later update) if you want to leave a comment (and make the author less depressed over this stupid update) please write it in the release post (the pages announcing the release of a chapter/part etc. with the many blabla from the author)! T^T” Honestly I already wondered why there were less comments these days, but now I know.
I really liked the option of comments being posted right under the chapters (also on other websites on which I read other authors works). It was really convenient and you could discuss over a new chapter right away. Furthermore I like reading the thoughts/reaction of other people about a new chapter. Now… in case one starts to read a novel not from day 1 you have to look for every single release post to read comments?! Or have to click back every time to the release posts?! Seriously I wonder what the wp programmers thought by not even allowing people to choose freely if they continue to want comments on their wp sites or not..x.x”
I filled out their survey and mentioned this problem… I hope enough people think similar and that they implement said option at a later time! *starts praying*

Edit: Added some tiny explaination in brackets after receiving Merahs question about what the pages and what the release posts are. Long explaination can be found in the reply comment to Merah (which includes also the reasons why most people with novel blogs post as pages).
Edit 2: Thanks to Natsulus help it’s possible again to comment on pages!!! (But really wp couldn’t hide it any better…x.x” Nor did I find anything about it yesterday on my phone *still don’t have a new computer*) So yeah if anyone else is looking for a way to get it back and didn’t found the solution yet, read Natsulus post~
Some news about your favourite chicken being told by Fienja, enjoy~ Because so many of you (-mainly the nice people filling out the survey~ Huge thanks for your feedback! Once the first arc ends I’ll make an extra post about the results-) wanted to know what happened to the chicken, I thought I release this chapter a bit earlier (the chicken won’t reappear any time soon though). One of the extra chapters for the ebook will include a chapter with the chicken POV! <–totally not advertising
Little note at the end: All future chapters from the superiors POVs will be labelled “B-Side” (b for boss…couldn’t use S cuz of Sion~) in the title.
Today I have the first part of chapter 6 for you. There’s also a bonus story coming up next month, so be prepared for some additional “chicken news”. Though I bet many readers either already guessed said “news” or saw the lil spoiler on the website somewhere~
For everyone who didn’t see it yet: I made a little survey for general feedback and in preparations for the extra chapters which will be part of the ebook. It will help me a bit to decide on the extra stories I’ll add to vol 1. If you want to fill it out, here’s the link to the post about the survey.
That being said, I already noticed that many people want a wiki for HGD and Cave Scanlations who translate and proofread it is in dire need for more people (this won’t affect the release speed no worries). So if anyone is interested to help out and get the wiki up faster you can contact the CS admin under cavescanlation@gmail.com! The only requirement is being able to write well in english and read the novel. As a thanks you’re able to read some HGD chapters before the actual release~
I also made a tumbrl account to make it easier for everyone to follow updates who uses tumbrl (should I add a twitter account too?). I added the link on the side bar as well.
Now that Toriel appears for the the first time, there’s also a little drawing of him uploaded on my facebook and tumbrl page.
The poll for the favourite Night Dragon Corporation character is also closed now and here are the results (I’m rounding the numbers up):
Suprisingly (?) the first place goes this time to our MC, Keruna (31%). Looks like he can defeat his superiors at least in this poll. The follow-ups are our (beloved) superiors as a team who took a quarter of the cake (they sure are greedy!). Right after them on the third place is the newly introduced character Kyle who took 17% of the votes (as expected of the right hand man of the empires companies rulers). The fourth place is being shared by Maeda and the “development guy” with both having nearly 10% of the votes. Kaje and the cleaning personal got each 3% and Fienja on her own sadly has no votes but I’m sure she’ll find a good way to unleash her grudge against Keruna sooner or later (she firmly believes that he was the one stealing her votes).
Now onto the next poll~
You can vote for your favourite character from Kerunas guild, at least between the ones who already appeared up to chapter 6.
(Btw the MC is cheating; he shamelessly added himself into the vote as a fellow guild member to increase his popularity in the overall votes!)
Now onto the bad news…
My computer died on me, so I have to buy a new one…<-<” Luckily most of the HGD files are safely stored elsewhere as well (hooray for being paranoia and save these files double or even trice), but a few ebook files may have been deleted (and a lot of other data unrelated to the blog…T_T”). I hope I can buy a new comp soon (and that the files aren’t lost else I have to postpone some releases to have enough time and work on recreating/recovering what was lost…), I really dislike writing on my laptops keyboard..>_<” It’s very uncormfortable to use it for hours and I tend to write at the very least a whole chapter once I sit down and even more so if I’m in a good writing flow. So writing without rest for 8-10 h are the norm for me…xD” It’s hell on the laptop with that keyboard… x.x”
So in short: If you notice the releases slowing down after part 1 and the extra chapter, blame my bad luck, my comp dying on me and the fact that I wasn’t able to get a new comp in an instant…>-<” I really hope it won’t be too expensive though, sadly I need a good comp which is able to render some 3D stuff for hours…D:”

Yep, it’s “story 6” not story 2! And no, you didn’t miss out the releases of story 2 to 5 either.
Because “Gods Ordeal” is a collection of oneshots which can be read separately from each other, I’ll release which ever story is finished translating and proofreading first. It mostly depends on the translators mood what will be released next…xP
This story features the topic of the “appearances of gods”.
As usual huge thanks towards the Cave Scanlation team working on my stories for translating and proofreading them.

Next up is either one of the Bonus Chapters of Hidden GMs Destiny (not one of the extra chapters which will be included in the ebook version) or the first part of chapter 6. I still didn’t decide yet. Maybe leave me a comment what you guys would prefer to read first?^^
Because I’m writing the extra chapters very soon (to be more precise even more of them), I thought I could do a little survey to see what you would like to read about in the extra chapters!^^ I already have a lot of ideas prepared but this will help me discover more and decide which extra story I’ll focus on first.
This is a good chance for everyone to get a hold on more stories about their favourite characters or reading about something which wasn’t covered (yet) in the main story. This survey is a long-time survey and will at least be up until the lich arc officially ends, so you can take your time filling it out.
